- Provide general legal advice to University stakeholders, as required.
- Negotiate legal terms and document contracts and agreements.
- Draft and approve standard form of contracts and agreements.
- Act as advocate for University in disputes.
- Manage outsourcing arrangements for litigation and other legal services.
- Accept service of legal process, including subpoenas.
