  • Tertiary Preparation Program (Health Sciences)
  • Diploma Programs
  • ACU English Language Centre
  • Foundation Studies Program.
  • Lead ACU's Widening Participation agenda to increase access and participation of Australian Catholic University students from regional, rural and remote locations, and from low socio-economic backgrounds.

Manage and deliver University's transition and support programs:

  • Orientation
  • Connect2Uni
  • Mentoring Programs
  • PASS Programs
  • Student Veteran Support Services.
  • Be the first point of contact for Education Pathways students enrolled on Diploma Programs, the Tertiary Preparation Program, ACU English Language Centre programs and Foundation Studies Program.
  • Triage student enquiries for possible further input from Education Pathways academic and professional staff.
  • Offer additional front of house support for Education Pathways students, with queries regarding progression and transfers, fees, course completion and results.
  • Support the Program Managers in the Orientation and Enrolment of Education Pathways students onto their program, assisting in a seamless transition to university life.
  • Coordinate and assist in the scheduling of the Education Pathways programs' timetables, in line with ACU Timetabling policies and procedures.
  • Keep administrative records for the Education Pathways Management Team
  • Submit purchasing orders for stationery, catering, online subscriptions, and equipment for the Education Pathways department.
