About the Session

If you get annoyed with inefficient processes and wish you had some practical tools to eliminate wasteful steps, then this short course is for you. You will come away with some simple, practical tools that will empower you to own and improve the everyday tasks that you carry out to gain back some valuable time. If you can save just 15 minutes a day you will gain back 1.7 weeks a year, this course will help you easily achieve that goal. This session will cover the following:

  • What Lean is and why use it to continually improve your processes?
  • Why you should be curious and ask "Why!" more often.
  • How to review your current processes, where to start, identify waste and standardise.
  • How it can be practically used within your role.
