MyProgress is a learning technology designed to supports assessment, timesheets, and feedback in practice-based learning environments. The MyProgress App allows students to easily record reflections and feedback offline while on placement. Please note: the app is available to students only.

There are three main roles in MyProgress.

  • ACU Academic Staff (Tutor Role)
  • Facilitators/Placement Supervisors (Practice Staff Role)
  • Students

As a tutor in MyProgress, you are responsible for verifying the completeness of student placement documentation. This includes reviewing student submissions, providing feedback, and grading the overall placement outcome.

As a Practice Staff user in MyProgress, you are responsible for supervising ACU students during their practice placements, submitting assessment forms, and managing placement timesheets.

Impacted Role Feature Area Description
Paramedicine Tutor Timesheet Verification Bulk timesheet verification is now available for Paramedicine Tutors to easily verify BNBP student timesheets linked to Paramedicine units. Expand the navigation menu, click Timesheets, then select Unverified Timesheets. Use the checkboxes on the right-hand side to select one or multiple timesheets, then click Bulk Actions and Verify Timesheets. Be mindful that Nursing and Paramedicine timesheets will be shown, so ensure to check the placement facility prior to verifying.
Tutor & Paramedicine Tutor Reporting The Completions Report by Program now includes a column for every form within an ePad. Previously, forms with no responses were omitted from the report.
Practice Staff Dashboard A new dropdown menu will be available at the top of the dashboard. This allows you to easily switch between cohorts or search by typing the cohort’s name and selecting from the list provided.

Tutor Cohort Search You can now easily search for a cohort by typing in the dropdown box on the Dashboard page. Begin typing the name of the cohort and select from the list displayed.
Tutor Archived Cohorts By default, only active cohorts are shown in the dropdown box. A new checkbox now lets you include past and future cohorts in your search.
