  • Setting graduation dates and timelines
  • Management and production of official graduation documents (testamurs and AHEGS)
  • Conferral of Awards
  • Venue booking, management and ceremony logistics
  • Graduate and staff attendance
  • Support for graduating students, including registration, ticketing and payments
  • Ceremony proceedings
  • VIP invitations
  • Production and publication of digital graduation programs
  • Honorary Doctorate administration
  • Regalia
