The Fees team are responsible for managing student fee information and processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and billing for all ACU students and third-party sponsors. The services they provide to students, staff and third-party organisations include:

  • Coordination of the fee setting process and maintaining fee rules in the University’s student system
  • Provision of the unit cost calculator
  • Responding on changes to government legislation on student fees
  • Issuing Commonwealth Assistance Forms and Notices to students in Commonwealth-supported places
  • Billing domestic and international students in fee-paying places
  • Managing third-party billing of sponsoring partner agencies
