Our front-line Service Central Officers are available to help you from Monday to Friday (excepting National Public Holidays), or via phone (07) 3623 7272. Times vary according to the academic calendar. This ensures adequate coverage for teaching activities at key times in the morning and early evening. During these hours, the Service Central Team will respond to the requests and queries you make via the portal or phone. Information about services is also available for staff 24/7 via the searchable knowledge base in the Service Central portal. A Live Chat function is also available in the Service Central portal, providing ACU staff with another way of contacting Service Central Officers. Live Chat is available between 9am-5pm weekdays (excluding national public holidays).
