Meeting rooms and recordings can be accessed through the Adobe Connect activity in LEO. However, each meeting room or recording has an individual web address (URL) that can be used to access them. Lecturers may retrieve these addresses to provide to students and staff if required.

This can be useful for students or other staff who receive errors when attempting to access Adobe Connect through the activity using the Join button or when clicking links to watch individual recordings.

How to retrieve a meeting room link

  1. Click the Adobe Connect activity in your unit.
  2. For the meeting room you wish to link to, click the Cog icon and choose the Edit option:

  3. Click the Optional link to expand the additional options, then click the Copy to Clipboard button:

  4. Select and copy the link from the text box:
    Copy the meeting address
  5. Click Cancel to close the link window.

You can now provide this link to students in your unit via LEO message, direct email, in a forum post, or as a URL link in your unit.

How to retrieve a recording link

  1. Click the Adobe Connect activity link in your unit.
  2. Click the Recordings link under the name of the meeting room.
  3. For the recording you wish to share, click the Actions button, then choose Share from the dropdown menu:

  4. Select and copy the Recording URL from the text box:

You can now provide this link to students in your unit via LEO message, direct email, in a forum post, or as a URL link in your unit.
