ACU is committed to creating a safe and respectful environment that values the dignity of every person and the common good. The GBV declaration process is part of a whole-of-university approach to prevent harm and uphold the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-Based Violence, effective 1 January 2026.

Declaring something does not automatically disqualify you from employment — our process is designed to assess context and manage any risks with care and respect.
