Self-service password reset (SSPR) uses your two multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods to verify your identity and allows you to securely reset your own ACU password. This tool replaces the legacy Self-Service Password Reset Manager tool.

Service Central (staff)

If you haven't registered for SSPR or don't have access to both MFA authentication methods, you'll need to contact the relevant support to reset your password.

ACU password policy:

ACU passwords:

  • Must contain at least 14 characters
  • Must contain one of each of the following:
    • number
    • special character (:, !, $, #, %)
    • upper case
    • lower case.
  • Must not use words contained in your username or name
  • Must not be a previously used password.
