ACU will be moving to an annual rolled timetable in 2021. The timetable for all 2021 teaching periods will be published to staff and students in October 2020.
The decision to move to an annual rolled timetable has been reached after an extensive consultation period.
Data collection for all 2021 teaching periods will take place between 8 June and 10 July. We understand there might be some things that will be subject to change at this time. Please provide the best information that you have available and let the Timetabling team know of any changes.
As this year's timetable will form the foundation of the 2021 timetable, the only data we need is:
At this stage, we do not need to know teaching staff details. Staffing information will be collected later in the year.
The draft timetable will be open to staff from 10 August to 2 October. This is your opportunity to request changes to the timetable to make sure that it meets the needs of your students and staff.
