This program is for staff looking to develop a greater understanding of the importance of kinship and community in the everyday life of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and students. This program will be particularly useful for staff who are interacting with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, colleagues and community.

This virtual workshop is available to all staff however it is not a requirement of the Casual Staff Induction. The equivalent casual induction module is Online - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness.
The Faculty or Unit is responsible for paying the casual staff member if they attend any ACU Induction workshop voluntarily.
