Master the art and science of capturing clarity in every meeting.
About the session
Minute taking is both art and science. It's a critical skill in capturing crucial information and decisions swiftly whilst enabling the work of a committee or team. Minute-takers develop a keen ability to distil complex discussions into clear and concise summaries. This skill not only enhances their own communication abilities but contributes to the overall clarity and effectiveness of organisational communication and decision making.
This workshop will quickly get you up to speed on how to be an effective minute taker, strengthening your knowledge and skills to ensure that your minutes are accurate, objective and a true reflection of the decisions made. Participants will not only learn about how to take minutes but will start to practice their skills during the workshop.
