Embark on a transformative journey with this three-part learning series, crafted to empower leaders with the skills and mindset essential for navigating change, thriving in uncertainty, and adapting with agility.
What is the 'Edge' that you will get?
Your assumptions will be challenged, you will develop new ways of thinking, fill gaps in your current practice, experience plenty of 'aha' moments that evokes urgency. This series of workshops will leave you feeling confident that you can try something new and inspired that you can make changes.
We recommend you attend all three workshops as each provides unique values and forms part of your learning journey, however, you can also choose to register for those that are most relevant to you. The 90 minute sessions are interactive, relevant to our current context and involve peer learning.
Key Focus: With the pace of change continuing to accelerate, this session will help participants shift their relationship with change. It also equips you to better support and engage others through changing ways of thinking and working.
