Performance development

The Progress Plan (PP) process provides a mechanism to align staff progress and development with University’s strategic priorities. The PP process benefits staff by clarifying individual outcomes and expectations in their role, providing an opportunity to receive feedback on progress, performance, behaviour and achievements from their supervisor, as well as an opportunity to consider and discuss their future career aspirations and professional development priorities.
