The Course Completions team is responsible for the provision of services relating to the administration of course completions nationally contributing to the accurateness and timeliness of this part of the student record.

Course Completions facilitates the one of the final components of the academic journey for our students.  The team manages:

  • Identification of students who may be eligible for course completion,
  • Staff access for the Online Course Completions Application (OCCA),
  • Notification to students of outcomes for assessment of Course Completion,
  • Conveying Course Completed students to Graduations for arrangement of Conferral,
  • Preparing student data for the Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS), and
  • Release of Academic Transcript and AHEGS into the MyEquals document platform.
