Marketing and External Relations use a measure called the ‘profile completion rate’. The profile completion rate measures the percentage of new registrations for the month that include all the required marketing information.
This measure is important because it tracks how well ACU can send personalised communications to prospective students about events, important dates, and information specific to their study preferences.
Required marketing information includes first name, last name, email address, audience, campus and study area.
School graduation year is required for most audiences, but not research and postgraduate.
There was a 10 per cent increase in prospective students submitting forms in the 12 months after the new standard forms were introduced. A total of 6,346 forms were submitted between June and October in 2018 versus 5,773 over the same period in 2017.
