The parties recognise the importance of a Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP). This is to ensure that the University is a welcoming place for people living with a disability. The parties also recognise that the lived experience of workers living with a disability brings value to the University and improves the lives of people with disability.
The University commits to construct and implement a DIAP within the life of the Agreement.
