This Agreement will take effect seven (7) days after the date on which it is approved by the Fair Work Commission. The nominal expiry date of this Agreement is 1 October 2029.
Upon request of the NTEU or CPSU, the University will meet and commence negotiations to develop a new Agreement up to three (3) months prior to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement.
