Continuing and fixed-term employees, subject to satisfactory performance, will achieve progression to the next point on an incremental scale of the salaries within the designated classification band detailed in Schedule 1, following each twelve (12) months of paid service.
Casual professional employees are also eligible for incremental progression in accordance with sub-clause 3.6(a):
if they have performed casual work for the University in twenty-six (26) weeks or more of the previous twelve (12) months; and
they are engaged or re-engaged by the University in the same or substantially similar role.
