The provisions of this Agreement are a complete code to address unsatisfactory performance, misconduct or serious misconduct.
All decisions to discipline an employee or terminate their employment must be in accordance with this Agreement. Before any decision is made to discipline an employee, the University must ensure that the steps outlined in the clauses 6.8 and 6.9 below have been complied with.
