Where change is required to occur, the University will consult with employees in accordance with this Agreement.
Many changes that take place in the workplace can be relatively minor and, consequently, will be addressed at the workplace level through direct local discussion and consultation with individual employees and/or the work group. The University will allow a reasonable period of time for consultation on minor change to take place.
Employees may be assisted throughout the discussions in these processes by a nominated Employee Representative.
