The NES applies to all employees as a minimum standard. If there is an inconsistency between this Agreement and the NES, and the NES provides a greater benefit to an employee, the NES provision will apply to the extent of any inconsistency.
This Agreement rescinds and replaces the Australian Catholic University Staff Enterprise Agreement 2022-2025 and operates to the exclusion of any Modern Award or other industrial instrument, unless stated otherwise.
University policies and procedures are not incorporated into, and do not form part of this Agreement, unless stated otherwise in this Agreement. If there is an inconsistency between this Agreement and University policy or procedure, the provisions of this Agreement will apply to the extent of any inconsistency.
