Download the Riskware mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store by typing in 'Riskware' or by scanning the QR codes below or visiting the relevant link.
When you are impacted by an incident or a hazard at ACU, you must report this as soon as practically possible. Incidents involved with visitors and contractors must also be reported. This will ensure that the report is appropriately triaged to the correct department who will then implement controls through an Action Plan.
