About the Session

Running a meeting can be an ideal way to make a decision, share important information, gather ideas or solve problems. However, many of us fail to approach meetings with the same level of discipline and attention they need, and so meetings often don’t go as well as they could. This workshop provides you with the guidance you need to improve how meetings are run within your organisation, saving everyone valuable time.
