Every decision is strategic, even the ones that don't feel like it. Drawing on neuroscience principles such as cognitive flexibility and perspective taking, this master class expands your ability to see the whole enterprise and align local decisions with ACU's sustainability, mission impact and vision.
Specifically, we'll cover:
