About the Session

This workshop gives you the foundations for successfully shaping and running projects. The day is hands on, working on a project of yours (or a project idea).

The workshop is best suited to your if you run simple or medium-sized project alongside your normal job or you work as a project coordinator or want to build your skills to do that.

  • Identify how a project supports ACU’s priorities and goals and how to express the benefit it brings;
  • Define and plan a project using a business case and a project initiation document; 
  • Understand stakeholder management;
  • Apply processes to identify risk and issue management;
  • Be aware of project controls.
