Probation is the final stage following your selection and appointment in the job and the first step in the annual Performance Development program for a new staff member.

During your probation period you should regularly meet with your supervisor, and are encouraged to raise any questions regarding your role and performance with your supervisor as they arise to ensure the successful completion of your probation period.
