Staff stories

  • Read Professor Justin Kemp's story about how he accessed ACU's parental leave in a part-time arrangement to become a stay-at-home dad.
  • Or how Timothy Ly took parental leave for the birth of his first child and so he could help his family transition into this new chapter of their lives.
  • Mother of two, Bethany Hawkins return to work after a second period of parental leave was made that much smoother with flexible work arrangements that has helped strike a balance between work and parenthood.
  • When Ricky Chan became a parent, spending time with their newborn was a high priority and something not to be missed.
