Overview

ACU offers a variety of awards and citations to acknowledge staff and teams who have made an outstanding contribution to student learning and to recognise excellence in teaching.

Staff are encouraged to develop opportunities or innovative ideas in learning and teaching through various funding pathways by nominating for grants, citations and awards. In addition, ACU celebrate and reward staff successes through various citations and awards.

ACU staff typically apply/work towards faculty-based grants, citations and awards, followed by Teaching Development Grants, ACU Citations, ACU Vice-Chancellor Teaching Awards, and external Australian Awards for University Teaching, respectively. However, this is just indicative of the path followed, it is not the only or compulsory way.

Awards, Grants and Citations are accessible at faculty, Centre for Education and Innovation, and ACU level. For assistance, please email CEI@acu.edu.au.
