About the Session

All leaders have a role to play in support the development of their on team, providing effective feedback. Handling difficult conversations and receiving feedback.

Throughout this session, you learn to distinguish facts from opinions, and provide objective feedback to peak performance. This session will specifically focus on the skill of feedback, in challenging situations.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explore your role in the development process.
  • Examine how effective feedback supports development for today and tomorrow.
  • Explore the mindset required for effective feedback.
  • Practice how to deliver feedback, including tough conversations, that is tailored, respectful and holds people accountable.
