Healthy Conversations at Work explores the range of communication strategies and styles that may be helpful to apply in the workplace. It explores the reasons behind our failure to communicate as we'd like to in certain situations, and sheds light on how our communication style can reflect our professional persona. The session also suggests some positive shifts we can make to ensure conversations are more honest, helpful and productive in the workplace.
