About the Session
Getting stuck in a negative thinking pattern is simply a bad habit for many people. Constant negativity isn't good for individual well-being and can be extremely toxic to an organisation's culture. In this session learn to move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset using some simple techniques. Also learn to spot common negative thinking patterns and gain tips for replacing these with a more positive and optimistic perspective.
