Facilities Management wish to advise of the updated post system that has been implemented in all NSW campuses this month.
This process has been implemented in other campuses over the past 12 months with great success. All outgoing mail will now be processed in house by ACU Campus Concierge via an online system with Australia Post to help streamline our processes and improve our service to you.
As of Monday 7 December, North Sydney Campus moved to this process, where all outgoing mail is to be placed in ACU branded envelopes with the POSTAGE PAID stamp printed on the front. Our preference is to start using the ACU branded POSTAGE PAID envelopes that are ordered from Print Warehouse. However, we understand that some departments may have a large stock of ACU branded envelopes.
To minimize wastage and utilize existing envelope stock, staff are welcome to finish their current stock of ACU branded envelopes and use the stamp that will be available at the Concierge desk. Unfortunately we are unable to lend it out as it is the only one we have and it must remain at Reception.
We also wish to remind all staff that you must continue to include your chargeback code on the rear of all envelopes.
Please note that the drop off and collecting of mail on a daily basis will not change, nor will the use of pre-paid envelopes and satchels. It is purely an envelope change to help streamline the mail and recharging process.
Please contact Concierge directly if you would like any more information or an example of the new process.
