We're busy working behind the scenes to get Viva Engage ready for you. Expect to receive a few email notifications as we prepare to welcome you to Viva Engage.

Yes. Viva Engage is the only approved way for you to communicate with large cohorts of staff at ACU. Alongside the Staff Bulletin, it's the best way to share news, information, updates, achievements, initiatives and events. It's also a great way to request volunteers and to recognise and acknowledge your peers for their efforts. We are embracing a broader audience structure with Viva Engage to break down silos, streamline messaging and make finding and posting information easier for you.
We know constant email notifications can be a pain. Bear with us over the next week as we take care of some housekeeping. From 3 June, you will be able to set your notifications to either receive a daily digest, a weekly digest or no notifications at all.
No. We will set up all the official and special interest communities that have been requested. If you have a new community you want to set up, and have not yet been in touch, please contact us for advice.
We'll be sending all new starters an email to let them know about Viva Engage and how to use it.
