Medieval Fayre

Violin fair

The McAuley campus held its annual Medieval Fayre on Monday involving local Brisbane schools, Arts students and staff.

The Fayre, now famous on the campus for its incorporation of music, drama, arts, dancing and singing in one Medieval spectacular, is part of the Bachelor of Arts unit 'The Arts and Culture' and incorporates local schools, Arts students and staff.

This year over 100 children from local schools attended the event giving many of them their first taste of how the arts can teach us about culture, society and history.

A medieval animal farm and medieval pony completed the gathering which was full of laughter, merriment and action.
