Do you need a refresher on handling ACU’s budgeting and finance procedures? Register now for one of six helpful workshops where Finance staff will walk you through the Budget Allocation Process or answer your questions on the ACU Finance Administration process.
Obtain an overview of the ACU Budget Allocation Process. Understand key terminology i.e. Revenue Budget, Revenue Distribution, Expense Budget, Carry Forwards and Forecasting.

Develop knowledge of the ACU Cost Code Structure - The Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres and Project Codes. Gain a sound understanding of the Finance Administration procedures e.g. Banking, Debtor Invoice Requisitioning.

Gain sound comprehension of claim reimbursement of work related expenses. Learn the ACU Purchase Card coding and acquittal process including compliance requirements. Understand travel procedures at ACU.
