ACU is pleased to sponsor a guided cohort to undertake the 2018 ACU Emerging Leaders and Managers Program (eLAMP).
The eLAMP will be delivered by the LH Martin Institute, and is designed for new and aspiring tertiary education managers to develop their skills, knowledge and capacities to lead and manage effectively.
Suitable for
- Professional staff at HEW levels 6, 7, 8 or equivalent and those who are new to management
- Academic staff at levels B and C or equivalent and academics that are new to management
This program aligns to the following ACU core competencies (CDF):
- Lead Organisation - Apply Commercial Acumen; Adapt to and Lead Change
- Lead Others - Collaborate Effectively, Coach and Develop
- Lead Self - Make Informed Decisions
Program structure
The program will commence March 2018 and consists of on-line and face to face workshops at ACU North Sydney and Brisbane. For more information about the Program, please read Emerging Leaders and Managers Program Brochure.
Information sessions
Dr Heather Davis, Program Director Awards, LH Martin Institute will provide an overview of the eLAMP Program and be available to answer questions at information sessions in Sydney and Melbourne. Register for this video conference via staff connect.
