Performance Review and Planning (PRP) for Academic Staff and Supervisors of Academic Staff Information Sessions
Academic staff and supervisors of academic staff are invited to register to attend PRP information sessions that support performance review and planning discussions between staff and supervisors. These interactive sessions will unpack the steps of the PRP process and provide practical hints and tips to assist participants to effectively navigate the process.
Enhancements to the PRP Process in 2017
The sessions will explain how integration of the Academic Performance Matrices and Evidence Framework and the Capability Development Framework with the PRP process will support the achievement of excellence and aid career planning and development.
Who should attend?
Academic staff and supervisors of academic staff who are new to the organisation or would benefit from an update about the PRP process.
