How to submit content for the Staff Bulletin

ACU’s Staff Bulletin is distributed to all staff every Tuesday and Thursday, providing all the latest information, updates and news from across the University.

The deadline for Staff Bulletin content is 12pm the day before publication (midday Monday for Tuesday’s edition and midday Wednesday for Thursday’s edition).

Please ensure all Staff Bulletin and Staff Newsroom content has been approved by the relevant Executive Dean or Director (or their authorised delegate) before submitting it for publication.

Staff Bulletin content can be submitted one of two ways:

  • Via the Newsroom Builder
    Staff can upload their Staff Bulletin article via the Newsroom Builder. When submitting an article via the Newsroom Builder, please include a sentence at the top of the article confirming who the article was approved by (this will be removed prior to publication).
  • Email to internal.communications@acu.edu.au
    You can also email approved content to internal.communications@acu.edu.au. Please include who the content was approved by, along with any required images in JPEG format, in your email.
