Have you ever asked yourself “What can I do to improve my health and wellbeing?” If so, the upcoming Women’s Wellbeing in Focus webinar is one not to be missed! The webinar – delivered through ACU’s Employee Assistance Program – will include key insights for women on how to look after themselves, how to deal with the ‘juggle’ of competing priorities and will examine how women relate to their bodies.
This webinar provides information about factors commonly impacting on women’s wellbeing and covers women at all stages of life. Women will be able to take this information and use it in both their personal and professional lives.
The live webinar will take place on Thursday, 16 August from 11am – 11.30am. The recorded webinar will be available until Tuesday, 14 September.
