As part of the ongoing commitment of Corporate Services to service excellence and continuous service improvements, the IT Directorate has launched a new IT Service Portal this week to improve how staff request and access IT services.
I invite you to watch the welcome video below for an overview of the new features and visit the portal to explore what it has to offer.
The new IT Service portal seeks to improve the staff experience when seeking IT assistance by providing one location available 24/7 for staff to access IT Services. The IT Service Portal features:
Information sessions are available to guide you on how to use the new IT Service portal, and more information is available in this edition of the Staff Bulletin.
My thanks to the broad range of staff involved in the design and testing phases of the IT Service portal, and particularly for their feedback in shaping the portal.
Your feedback when using the portal is vital in ensuring continuous improvements can be made to the portal and to the delivery of IT services at ACU. I encourage you to use the feedback links within the portal to share your thoughts as you start using the new system.
