Would you like to develop your self-awareness, improve your resilience and learn about the most taught leadership model globally over the past 30 years?
ACU has partnered with Blanchard International to deliver a pilot of the Blanchard ‘Self Leadership’ program. Places are strictly limited to 18 participants per workshop so please register early to avoid missing out on this professional development opportunity.
The Blanchard Self Leadership Program is aligned to the ACU Capability Development Framework Competencies, ‘Lead Self’ and ‘Lead Others’. Participants attending this workshop will develop skills in the following key concepts:

Please register via Staff Connect no later than two weeks prior to the workshop.
Please note that if you participate in this program your manager will be requested to complete a feedback survey before you attend the program and approximately three months after you attend the program. All responses will be sent to Blanchard International, all individual responses will remain confidential from your colleagues, manager and the University. Blanchard will only provide aggregate responses to the Capabilities and Development Unit to support the evaluation of the program.
