The Vice-Chancellor introduced a new website, Meeting the Challenge, last month to provide updates on the change management processes taking place across the University.
Two new draft change management plans have been added to the website this week. You can access the change plans by using the links below:
All change plans have been developed in line with the University’s framework for leading and managing change. The framework ensures organizational change is managed in a transparent and constructive way. Information relating to the process is available on the Meeting the Challenge website.
If you have any questions relating to the change plans, please contact your manager or Change Lead.
