'Meeting the Challenge' updates

The Meeting the Challenge website has been updated with the latest final change management plans.

All change plans have been developed in line with the University’s framework for leading and managing change. The framework ensures organizational change is managed in a transparent and constructive way. Information relating to the process is available on the Meeting the Challenge website.

If you have any questions relating to the change plans, please contact your manager or Change Lead.

Support available for staff

We understand that organisational change can be difficult. ACU has a range of support available to staff affected by the change process. Support available includes:

  • Counselling support for all staff
  • Counselling support for managers and supervisors
  • Financial advice
