A message from the Chief Operating Officer Dr Stephen Weller:
Dear colleagues,
Staff from across the University have said they would like a single location to access all services for staff provided by Corporate Services. You have asked for access to services that is simpler, streamlined and more consistent. You also asked for the ability to track the progress of all your service requests in one place.
We have been listening. To improve your service experience and to meet ACU’s changing service needs, Service Central will be launched in November.
Service Central will provide a single place to access all Corporate Services and allow you to make a service request via multiple channels including an online portal, phone or email. To respond to your requests and queries, a Service Central team will be established over the coming months.
The services of Properties & Facilities and HR will be the first available through Service Central in November. As the roll-out progresses, other services will be included: IT, Finance, Marketing and External Relations, General Counsel, Governance, Office of Planning and Strategic Management and Student Administration.

The introduction of Service Central is a key initiative to enable us to achieve Service Excellence and provide staff with a seamless service experience.
