The Service Central knowledge base continues to grow, and there are now 900+ articles available to answer your frequently asked questions about services.  
Service Central contains information across the range of staff services provided by the Corporate Services Directorate.  This makes the Service Central portal the place to start if you are seeking information on services provided by:

  • IT
  • Properties and Facilities
  • HR
  • Finance
  • Marketing and External Relations
  • Office of General Counsel
  • Governance
  • Office of Planning and Strategic Management
  • Student Administration

Requesting a service via Service Central

You can also receive help by calling Service Central on (07) 3623 7272 between 7:30am and 6:30pm weekdays (excluding national public holidays). You can also make a request for the services of any of the directorates listed above via the Service Central portal (excepting Student Administration, which will be integrated in May).   The roll-out of Service Central will be completed in May when the staff services provided by Student Administration also become available to request via Service Central.
