Please be aware that during December the submission dates for payroll documentation (e.g. timesheets and other salary claim forms), termination documentation (e.g. resignations, fixed-term contract end) and HR assistance with recruitment and contract renewals, is impacted by the University close-down period.
To enable timely processing of payments over the Christmas and New Year period, it is important that all staff and supervisors are aware of the earlier payroll deadlines and submission dates for contract renewals and recruitment assistance.
