While a phased roll-out of Directorate services into Service Central will continue until May 2019, information about all the services provided by the Corporate Service Portfolio is available now via the Service Central portal.  This makes the Service Central portal the place to start if you are seeking information on services provided by IT, Properties and Facilities, HR, Finance, Marketing and External Relations, Legal, Governance, Office of Planning and Strategic Management and Student Administration.

Finding answers to your service FAQs

Option one: Simply log-in to the Service Central portal and type your question into the search bar.

Option 2: Click the ‘Info and FAQs’ button on the Service Central home page, which will display a listing of all the relevant services and their service information.  Examples of service topics are:

How to make a service request

To request a service provided by IT, Properties & Facilities or HR - click Request Something in the Service Central portal and find the relevant request form. You can also request help by calling Service Central on (07) 3623 7272, between 7.30am and 6.30pm weekdays.   Other services will be available to request by April or May 2019.
