The ACU Project Management Policy and the associated enhanced framework has now been refreshed. The framework now provides added tools to manage both our smaller and simple projects through to large, complex undertakings.
To help better explain and achieve the full benefits of all projects, a new Benefits Management Model has also been added. It provides an enhanced way to define the scope, and monitor and support the progress of projects.

The ACU Project Management Model, Benefits Management framework and Business Change Management framework can be accessed via the staff website.
There will be several information sessions to introduce the framework. Anyone who works on, leads or oversees projects is encouraged to attend one of these sessions. The session times are available in the ACU Project Management Community of Practice group.
